The spacious wheelchair accessible room exceeded expectations, making it a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the inviting lobby provided an excellent space for socializing during the conference. However, the parking fee was unexpectedly high, and there were issues with the type of payment processed at check-in, adding unnecessary confusion to our stay.

A stay here revealed a welcoming staff and clean room, yet it was marred by poor breakfast quality and an issue with the reservation. While the overall experience was decent, the lack of empathy from some staff was disappointing.

missingWrote a review on Sept 02spacious roomfriendly staffdiverse breakfastinconvenient parkinglack of seating
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the spacious corner room with plenty of windows that let in natural light. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in and were friendly throughout my stay. The breakfast options were diverse and very good, with fresh fruits and pastries that exceeded my expectations compared to previous stays in Orlando. However, I found the parking process quite inconvenient. There was a charge for parking that I didn’t anticipate, and the procedures for obtaining a parking pass were excessive. It felt unnecessary to have to walk out in the rain to display a parking pass when I was already given a gate code at check-in. Also, the pool area lacked enough seating to relax comfortably. These small details detracted from an otherwise enjoyable visit.

Incredible staff support during tough times.

missingWrote a review on Aug 23comfortable layoutconvenient locationparking fee
The location is convenient, especially for trips to the nearby medical center. The room I had featured ample space, modern decor, and a decent layout that made a long stay feel comfortable.
The parking situation is a hassle with an extra fee that catches you off guard. My room showed some wear, old food found in the freezer, a coffee pot that needed a cleaning, and mold in the shower. Light pollution from the adjacent building easily interrupted any chance for darkness at night due to ineffective curtains.

The queen room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with large bottles of toiletries provided. The friendly staff were always available, checking in to ensure my satisfaction. However, entering and exiting the parking lot was cumbersome due to strict gate procedures. arriving late and being required to display the parking pass immediately felt unnecessary and inconvenient.
